Situation
The client was retiring an older legacy work order-service request tracking system (BMC Track IT!) and replacing it with a more ITIL-compliant, cloud-based solution, ServiceNow ITSM.
Opportunity
Jordayn Consulting was requested to provide Project and Change Management Services.
Action
Jointly implemented, trained, and transitioned over 200 Information Technology Staff members, including C-Suite leadership, Directors, Managers, support staff, and contractors.
Results
As the Organizational Change Management service provider, Jordayn Consulting provided the baseline configuration recommended as an “out of the box” approach with no customizations. As for the results of this approach, the following modules are active in ServiceNow:

· Problem Management Module
· Strategic Portfolio Module (SPM)
